Well, the charts don’t lie. I may have sold 482,000 gold worth of items this week, but I also spent 425,000 gold (mostly on pets that I was missing) so my profit for the week works out to 56,000 give or take. Still, that’s not exactly bad. I decided to splurge on some pets for my collection (one of the few things I do splurge on) and I also picked up a lot of Pandaria faction transmog. At least I came out ahead!

If we take a look further into the sales that the TSM ledger provides, we can see exactly where it was that I spent all that gold. No, I didn’t go after the cheapest Flawless Amethyst Baubleworm in the lands, but I did get it for what I felt was a pretty great price considering it takes 10,000 pet charms to purchase it. You guys need to value your time more!
I also picked up a 291 legendary for the druid, and I spent a good amount of gold on faction mounts (again, Pandaria). Collecting isn’t cheap! School starts this week, so I’m expecting a bit of a lull in gold making as I begin homeschooling my son and we find a new routine for the family. Doesn’t mean there isn’t gold making to be done, but it does mean that I’ll have to optimize my time a bit better.
As always, happy gold making, no matter where you find yourself!
